Stanwick Lakes Visitor Centre

Cllr Ruth Groome, Mayor of Kettering presenting a CPRE plaque to Alyson Allfree, Director of Rockingham Forest Trust, Stanwick Lakes and Cllr Glenvil Greenwood-Smith, Trustee.

The Visitor Centre is a striking building in the beautiful setting of the Stanwick Lakes Country Park. It has many eco-friendly features, including rainwater harvesting and a partial green roof.

Avon Cosmetics European HQ Building Nunn Mills Road, Northampton

This is a large urban development in a sensitive location by Becketts Park and the river. The building has a stunning glazed entrance feature and incorporates many environmentally friendly features - an impressive contemporary design.

This successful conversion of a large Victorian House in the centre of Brackley provides new in-town housing. The conversion has retained many of the original features of the building
